Job Title: Infrastructure Manager Location: Brookwood, UK - hybrid Work schedule: 37.5 hours The Opportunity: We are looking for a talented and motivated Infrastructure Manager to join our exceptional team. The successful applicant will manage the UK IT team, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. Applicants should have a passion for technology, quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be someone with hands on experience of a wide range of technologies and experience managing and IT team. Your Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for the efficient and smooth running of both internal and client-facing infrastructure in the UK. Maintain processes for monitoring and maintaining server and network availability and performance. Establish and maintain processes for monitoring, maintaining and demonstrating network security. Ensure all Infrastructure tasks are completed successfully and demonstrably including: Server deployment and maintenance in compliance with ISO and company objectives Business Continuity plans and processes are effective and operational. User support and provision of appropriate IT services across all company personnel Deployment, maintenance and optimal performance of tools and software related to the delivery of company services. Responsibility for continuous improvement of IT services includes cost, scalability and performance. Represent software and hardware services to ensure compliance with ISO 270001. Ensure we meet all compliance and regulatory requirements. Develop, coordinate and administrate AWS/Azure infrastructure. Why work for us? Experienced in systems or network administration. Experienced scripting and automation skills highly preferred (APIs, Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go) Experienced knowledge of networking principals, diagnostic and troubleshooting processes. Proven experience of managing firewalls, routers, switches and other network infrastructure. Excellent organisation, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to handle pressure and focus on results. Desirable Proficiency in a wide range of public cloud technologies (ex. AWS EC2, EKS, EBS, RDS, S3, etc.) Experience working with industry standard regulations and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, ISO, NIST, SANS, SOX, SOC II, HIPAA) Microsoft qualifications in relation to administration or networks (MCSE, MCSA, MCITP) Experience with working with Watchguard Firewall products.
