Your main role and responsibilities will be to:
* Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations
* Help lead and develop a team of enthusiastic practitioners
* Ensure compliance with all Ofsted, safeguarding, and EYFS standards
* Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff
* Step up as acting Manager when required
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years
* At least 1 years experience in a supervisory or Third in Charge role within a nursery setting
* Confident in implementing the EYFS and managing safeguarding practices
* Organised, motivated, and a great communicator
* Committed to creating a positive, supportive learning environment
