5. Collaborate with the Digital team to optimise customer journeys and improve user experiences.
6. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
7. Support marketing and product development teams with data-driven insights.
8. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
9. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis activities.
10. Present findings and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Insights Manager should have:

11. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualisation tools.
12. Proven track record in customer insights, preferably within the financial services industry.
