General Manager - Live in - Up to 45k plus up to 100% bonus We're looking for a General Manager for the Green Goose in Bow - possibly one of London's coolest neighbourhood pubs, situated a stone's throw from Roman Road. The Green Goose is modern day cockney pub, and we're looking for a real people person to be the face of this community business. The bar is front and centre in the middle of the pub, which also features a dining area and garden space. The food here is all about classic pub food done well, and for that extra flavour, plenty of the menu is cooked on a robata grill. Experience with fresh food is desired, but more than anything we're looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager who can throw community events and ensure a warm welcome to the community as well as visitors.
