Project Manager – Housing Management System Transformation
Hybrid | South Coast | 24‑month Programme
Lead a flagship transformation that will shape the future of housing services for over 15,000 households.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high‑profile Housing Management System (HMS) replacement programme—one that will modernise how residents access services, how teams work, and how a major public sector provider uses data, technology and insight to deliver safer, smarter, more responsive housing.

If you're driven by meaningful work, complex delivery, and the chance to leave a legacy, this role offers all of that and more.
The Role
You'll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a major cloud‑based HMS implementation—spanning planning, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
You'll coordinate specialists across digital, data, housing operations, finance, suppliers and governance teams to ensure everything lands smoothly, safely and in line with strategic goals.
