About the job:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Reporting & Governance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality reports and meeting documentation that support our operational, contractual, and governance functions. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our reporting obligations are met, data insights are clear and accurate, and governance processes run smoothly.
What you’ll need:
You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines. You enjoy working with data, have confidence in preparing reports for senior stakeholders, and are comfortable engaging across teams to gather information.
We are looking for someone with:
* Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, or governance support.
* Strong skills in data extraction and reporting tools (SQL, EventManager, Excel or similar).
* Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Experience in minute-taking and action tracking for meetings.
* An understanding of governance and compliance requirements (advantageous).
