We are currently recruiting for a skilled Panel Beater to join a reputable bodyshop located in Littlehampton, West Sussex. Our Client is a one of the largest automotive Accident Repair groups within the UK. They are a BS 10123 Accredited Bodyshop, with multiple manufacturer accreditations. They have the latest technology and equipment available in the Accident Repair Market, and offers ATA Training Accreditations alongside a fantastic working environment

Duties:
9. Replacing or repairing vehicle panels to a high standard, ensuring quality workmanship
10. Planning work schedules and ordering parts to meet deadlines and customer expectations
11. Maintaining up-to-date product and technical knowledge
12. Providing excellent customer service to promote customer loyalty and referrals
13. Organising and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
Requirements:
14. Full UK driving licence is essential
15. Ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified or ATA Panel Technician with a strong background in body repairs
16. Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive bodyshop environment
17. Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently within set timeframes
18. Own fully equipped toolbox is preferred
19. A proactive team player with a passionate approach to quality and customer satisfaction
