About the Role
:
You will be responsible for the delivery of responsive and planned Fire, CCTV and Security Systems work. This will include reactive, pre-planned maintenance works and project type works. The role is predominantly to work with partner contractors to deliver a robust 24/7 service maintaining high service standards and improving the estate where requested.
Key Criteria
1. City & Guilds or equivalent in a trade discipline.
2. Experience working in relevant industry
3. Excellent communication
4. People management with the ability to lead & mentor others
5. Ability to negotiate and influence others
6. Strong customer focus
7. IT literate
8. Full UK driving license
9. Knowledge of Fire safety and security would be beneficial
Previous experience as a supervisor would be welcomed but not essential. It would also be advantageous if you have worked within a Social Housing sector.
