Key Requirements of the Post:
* The main purpose of the role is to provide an outstanding patient experience by showing care, trust, expertise, drive innovation, and demonstrate to our patients our passion on a day-to-day basis.
* The post-holder will be a skilled enthusiastic Fertility Specialist/Consultant. A skilled professional with experience or have an interest in developing skills in assisted conception and have the desire to be part of TFH in becoming ‘the’ provider of choice.
* The post-holder will manage the care of new and existing patients from the consultation process through to the completion on treatment working within the clinical policies and protocols.
* The post holder must have a full GMC registration. The responsibilities of TFH Fertility Specialists is to delivery and maintain the highest standard of clinical and patient care in accordance with Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008 and the current HFEA Code of Practice.
* In the course of seeking treatment, patients entrust us with, or allow us to gather, sensitive information in relation to their health and other matters. They do so in confidence and have the right to expect that staff will respect their privacy and act appropriately. The post-holder may have access to confidential information and any such information from any source is to be regarded as strictly confidential.
* The post-holder will participate in any training programme implemented by TFH as part of this employment, with such training to include: participation in an annual individual performance review, including taking responsibility for maintaining a record of own personal and/or professional development. In addition, taking responsibility for own development and learning and performance and demonstrating skills and activities to others who are undertaking similar work. Train and mentor Registered Nurses.
