Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn.
Today, we’re a growing group of restaurants across the UK.

The role
We’re looking for a confident, guest-focused General Manager to lead one of our restaurants.
You’ll own the full experience—from the energy on the floor to the quality on every plate. You’ll build a strong team, drive performance, and create a place people love to work and come back to.
What you’ll do
* Lead your team to deliver a great guest experience, every shift
* Work closely with your Head Chef to ensure every dish is on spec and on time
* Build a strong, motivated team—coach, support and develop your people
* Create a culture of learning, growth and high standards
* Take ownership of stock, maintenance and H&SDrive sales and local awareness with support from our marketing team
* Set the tone—lead with energy, respect and consistency
What we’re looking for
* A confident leader who knows how to run a busy restaurant
* Guest-first mindset, all day, every day
* Strong people skills—you build teams that stick
* Commercial awareness and a hands‑on approach
* High standards and attention to detail
* Someone who leads by example and brings the team with them
