As Food & Beverage Services Manager, you will work alongside the Restaurant and Bar teams overseeing all elements of our multi-outlet operation from fine dining to bar, lounge, and afternoon tea service. You will collaborate with our Exec Chef and senior team to craft and design the operational delivery behind food concepts, leading by example to deliver intuitive and memorable service to all our guests. You will inspire the team with clarity and confidence, ensuring the department is prepared and organized, while also assisting Managers to ensure all guests are satisfied and receiving the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to delivering first-class guest experiences; uphold high standards consistently.
2. Work comfortably within volume-led environments as well as more intimate fine dining settings.
3. Bring broad experience from restaurant management roles across various environments.
4. Lead a team of 30+ members, demonstrating strong leadership skills and proven team retention.
5. Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and build relationships with the hotel team and guests.
6. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for a busy setting.
7. Experience with brands like Pride of Britain, Relais & Châteaux, or Small Luxury Hotels of the World is desirable.
