Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Negotiator based in Chesterfield. The role involves building client relationships, managing property viewings, handling negotiations, and assisting with property sales. The Sales Negotiator will also provide excellent customer service, maintain communication with clients, and drive successful transactions to completion.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of the Estate Agents industry with knowledge of Sales and Lettings
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
* High level of professionalism
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
* Previous experience in the property market is advantageous
