The Opportunity
You are the business-facing owner for a NextGen AI area such as Reasoning Models or Vibe Coding. These innovations underpin EY’s reasoning capabilities or change how developers write software. You may lead on chain‑of‑thought reasoning, deep research, and other capabilities that augment how our people work.
You will work with engineers to deliver rapid prototypes and light pilots that prove value. Own intake prioritization, scope, KPIs, acceptance and ensure we learn quickly without compromising compliance. Partner with Engineering; report progress and risks to leadership; represent business stakeholders day‑to‑day; engage with account teams and clients on the area you lead.

* Prove Value Fast: We run light pilots, quantify impact and iterate.
* Governed Experimentation: Safe sandboxes with high compliance guardrails so we learn quickly without compromising compliance.
* Work with our clients: We engage with client‑facing professionals to test pilots with customers and ensure we had value.
What You’ll Do
* Backlog ownership: Maintain the product backlog across prototype, pilot, MVP.
* Governance & compliance: Coordinate reviews and sign‑offs.
* Stakeholder communications: Prepare exec updates, release notes, demo narratives; accelerate issues early with options/impact.
* Delivery management: Plan short sprints; align pod staffing; manage dependencies.
* Technical oversight of NextGen AI initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
* 6 years in product leadership consulting or program delivery.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into clear requirements and manage engineering teams at pace and operating at a great cadence.
* Familiarity with GenAI concepts and enterprise constraints (privacy, security, etc.).
* Excellent written/verbal communication; executive stakeholder presence.
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in regulated domains.
* Experience running pilots and driving change management in client environments.
