Office Administrator

Are you an organised and enthusiastic administrator looking to develop your career in a growing technology business? An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team based in Surrey.
This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone with at least two years of administrative experience, looking for a varied position that touches on all areas of office management. You’ll be joining a successful company that delivers technical solutions to a wide range of clients, including within the UK Government sector.
Please note: Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate must be eligible for UK security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Office Manager in day-to-day tasks and general administrative duties
* Prepare and process documentation, including managing internal purchasing and invoicing systems
* Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
* Welcome visitors and ensure sign-in procedures are followed
* Manage incoming/outgoing post and parcels
* Order kitchen and office supplies, including arranging catering for meetings
* Support stock and asset management with data entry and labelling tasks
* Document internal processes and provide admin support across departments
Requirements
* Minimum of 12months experience in an administrative or support role
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above essential)
* High attention to detail and good numeracy skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Able to work independently and within a team
* Friendly, approachable, and adaptable
* Must be eligible to obtain UK security clearance
