Specialist SEN schools in St Albans are looking for confident Behaviour Mentors to support pupils who benefit from structure, routine and consistent adult support.

The Behaviour Mentor will work closely with teachers and SEN teams helping pupils remain engaged in lessons while supporting behaviour positively and maintaining a structured learning environment.
