UCEA is a single-family office created in 1947, Headquarters in London, Mayfair since 2019, offices in Lisbon, Switzerland, Dubai, Hong Kong & Vietnam. Wealth in public trading, residential and commercial development, natural resources, energy and sustainability) that has a variety of interest and tends to invest in real estate (Buy to rent and Hospitality in Spain and Portugal, certain US primary cities secondary locations) and early-stage direct investments and venture capital and private equity globally. The family is actively looking for co-investments in post-revenue or proven models, series A, B and growth round deals in four main sectors: Energy Infrastructure (various stages including operating), Healthcare/Biotech, Sports (Equity and Debt) and Sustainability/Cleantech. The Group also incapsulates a Sports Management Company (Obsidian); an Energy Infrastructure Asset Manager (Notus Energy); a Family Office Online Platform Business (Prudential Heritage).


Location : Hanover Square, London


| Full-Time | Office-Based 5 days a week


Base Salary: £25,000–£35,000


Commission: 10% on fees generated


OTE: £100k–£150k achievable for strong performers



About the Role


UCEA is seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to support the continued growth of the firm. This is a front-office business development role focused on originating new client relationships. You will engage with founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers, introducing UCEA’s services and guiding prospects through the engagement process.


The role is well suited to individuals who enjoy working in a target-driven environment, take ownership of results, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.


Key Responsibilities


Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound outreach and professional networking


Present UCEA’s services clearly and confidently to senior decision-makers


Manage conversations, address questions, and progress prospects through the sales pipeline


Convert qualified opportunities into engaged clients and signed agreements


Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting


Work towards structured activity and revenue targets


Represent the firm professionally in all external communications


What We're Looking For


Previous experience in a sales or business development role


Comfortable discussing fees and high-value professional services


Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone


Resilient, self-motivated, and results-focused


Confident, professional, and commercially aware


Desirable (but not essential):


Exposure to financial services, corporate finance, or advisory environments


Experience in outbound B2B sales or similar roles
