Please note this role is onsite, 8am - 5.00pm, 5 days per week (12-13 months FTC) Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our Clients organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting human resources functions, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate employee data. Duties * Manage and update HR information systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and ATS platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making. * Support recruitment processes through data entry, applicant tracking, and utilisation of Salesforce and other social media management tools for talent sourcing. * Assist with onboarding, employee record maintenance, and offboarding procedures in compliance with company policies. * Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring clear communication across teams. * Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to facilitate accurate processing of employee information. * Contribute to social media management initiatives related to employer branding and internal communications. * Support administrative functions including scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation. * Collaborate with HR colleagues on special projects related to employee engagement and organisational development. Experience * Proven experience working within human resources or a related administrative capacity. * Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or similar systems is highly desirable. * Experience with data entry, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media management tools like Salesforce is advantageous. * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across various channels. * Prior experience using HR software including Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft will be considered an asset. * Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously. * Previous exposure to administrative tasks within a human resources environment will be beneficial.
