The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers and the HR teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience. You will support the development and execution of our talent acquisition and employee branding strategies.
Key accountabilities:
* Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
* Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach.
* Support EVP promotion through recruitment marketing, social content, and candidate engagement.
* Manage external agency relationships, including terms, performance, and compliance with standards.
* Ensure all recruitment activity complies with labour laws and internal policies.
* Track key hiring metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
* Use ATS and HR systems to manage candidate data and optimise workflows.
Functional and technical skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a global environment
* Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment best practices
* Experience developing or supporting employer value propositions (preferred)
* Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards
* Proficient with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
* Detail‑oriented with a data‑driven approach
* Collaborative, customer‑focused mindset
