Salary: £12.00 per hour
Location: We have positions available in Wellingborough, Kettering, and Daventry.
Contract/Hours: Permanent Part - time - working 4-6 hours per week with more hours available during the school holidays.

A bit about the role
Northants Short Breaks Service is a county-wide service providing short breaks to children and young people and their families, supporting a range of ages and needs.
We have an inclusive approach that considers age, disability, and wider needs. It fits with our ethos of believing in the importance of allowing children and young people to socialise and develop relationships with other children and young people, regardless of their age, need and ability.
We are currently looking for a Children Services Worker to help us maintain excellent support to Children and young people aged 5 – 18.

How you'll help to create brighter futures
As Children Services worker, you will be:
8. Getting involved in lots of fun activities,arts & crafts, leisure activities, park visit, bowling and many more.
9. Providing 1:1 support in group activities.
10. Planning and executing activities and encouraging active participation across our group sessions.
11. Creative thinking and having a solution focused approach.
12. Using your skills, knowledge, and experience to meet the needs of young people.
13. Taking responsibility for the personal care and daily routines of the young people.
