Ambitious about Autism is seeking an exceptional, creative Occupational Therapist to join the Spring School in Kingston upon Thames, a new special free school for autistic children and young people. The school aims to provide an environment where autistic children can learn, thrive, achieve, and belong.
The successful candidate will work with a transdisciplinary team to improve outcomes for children and young people through expert occupational therapy. Responsibilities include providing high-quality therapy advice and support across universal, targeted, and specialist tiers, supporting class teams to create enabling environments, reducing occupational barriers to the curriculum, devising and implementing individual and group intervention programs, and writing and supporting the fidelity of occupational therapy programs for others to deliver.
