An international professional services organisation is looking for a Senior Bids Executive to join its central bids and proposals team - the group responsible for supporting some of the firm’s most important client opportunities.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys the strategy, pace and collaboration of competitive tenders.
You’ll work closely with senior professionals across the business to turn expertise into clear, persuasive proposals that help win major client relationships.

What you’ll be doing
Managing smaller bids and tenders from start to submission
Supporting major strategic bids and panel opportunities
Working with partners and subject experts to shape compelling proposals
Writing and editing persuasive bid content
Coordinating responses from across the business
Managing timelines and ensuring submissions are delivered smoothly
Helping develop proposal tools, content libraries and best practice
What we’re looking for
Experience in bids, proposals, pursuits or pitch management
Strong writing and editing skills
Someone who thrives working to deadlines across multiple projects
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
