Job Title: Customer Experience Team Member We’re looking for friendly, motivated people to join our Customer Experience Team at our Head Office in Livingston on a permanent full-time basis. You’ll work 37.5 hours a week, working 5 days from 7. There will be a requirement to work some evenings and weekends. We are open 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday, 9:30-5 Saturday and 10:30-5 on Sunday with extensions to our opening times over peak periods. The schuh Customer Experience department is a fast-paced, fun and very customer focused. We believe every customer should leave us thinking WOW! You’ll receive full training in the office, so you’ll need to be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office. What you’ll be doing: Helping customers who want to buy something or need support — always treating them as individuals. Responding to customer queries across social media platforms, including WhatsApp. Chatting with customers through our text chat service. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a friendly, professional way. Supporting our High Street stores with any questions or issues they have.
