Assistant Practitioner – Kestrel Ward
The Kestrel Ward, a female adult acute ward on the new Rivers development, offers an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. Our ward provides holistic, trauma‑informed care, and we are committed to developing staff through mentoring and training.
Responsibilities
* Provide inpatient care that meets high quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with the MDT to support service delivery and lead improvement projects.
* Support and mentor junior staff.
* Offer support to service users and their carers.
* Participate in medication administration and nursing pathway development.
