In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Regional Marketplace Manager, overseeing the performance and relationships of our Marketplace accounts, and unlocking their full potential. Leveraging powerful business insights and analytics, you will support strategic financial planning to drive departmental success and profitability, including sales, margin, and costs. Acting as the vital link between our business and our valued Marketplace partners, you’ll manage third-party portals, maintain account health, and ensure cost control, all while shaping the Disney brand experience for fans across the region. This is a permanent position located at our London office in Hammersmith, requiring four days of on-site attendance per week. What You Will Do Strategic Planning & Analytics: Collaborate with the Regional Marketplace Manager to oversee options, sales, stock, margin, and cost planning. Manage forecasting, departmental hit planning, and distribution centre splits, while building and maintaining planning/forecast files. Utilise analytics and business insights to maximise trading opportunities and performance, providing regular reporting and clear recommendations for change. Trading & Account Management: Trade each marketplace to maximise return, sharing sales information and reporting with TDS Planning and trading teams. Manage account portals and dashboards, monitor partner portal discoverability levers, and recommend actions to optimise listings and account health. Control stock forecasts vs. sales forecasts, support pricing strategies and promotions, and ensure effective communication with distribution centres and Amazon inbounding procedures. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Planning, Buying, and TDS teams to communicate marketplace requirements, track changes, and finalise quarterly buys. Attend relevant meetings, maintain departmental trackers, and run meeting minutes. Support departmental operating procedures, adapting as the business evolves, and drive awareness of e-commerce and marketplaces within the wider organisation. Product, Guest Service & Marketing Excellence: Partner with Brand, Image, and DTCR marketing teams to optimise product listings and creative content using tools like Jira and A. Build fully optimised listings with enhanced imagery, video, variations, and Brand Stories. Coordinate product handovers and translations for EMEA regions and monitor guest feedback and reviews to support best-in-class experiences. Operational Management: Manage case logs and aged stock within partner portals, oversee IPI and marketplace capacity planning, and maintain departmental tools including calendars, margin, forecast, and product trackers. Ensure accurate product uploads and manual sales uploads for finance and proactively check marketplace portals for updates and accuracy.
