WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll:
Take full ownership of production planning and scheduling
Manage sales orders, works orders, purchase orders and delivery schedules
Liaise directly with customers to manage orders, priorities and delivery commitments
Manage purchasing and supplier relationships
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to hit on-time delivery targets
Identify and implement process improvements across supply chain and customer service
Support and develop the team around you as the function grows
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Essential:
Proven experience in planning, purchasing and customer liaison within a manufacturing or operational environment
Strong working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems
A track record of managing delivery schedules and supplier relationships
Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams at all levels
Useful, not essential:
Experience leading or developing a small team
Exposure to process improvement or systems change projects

Hours: 8:00-16:30-Monday to Thursday. 8:00-2:00- Friday
