Reward Analyst - Initial 6 Month FTC
£40,000 + benefits | Hybrid / Flexible location
We're partnering with a well-known business on the search for a Reward Analyst to join their People team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to go permanent.
Reporting into the Lead Reward & Benefits Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting upcoming pay and bonus activity, working closely with People Partners and wider group teams.
What you'll be doing
You'll support across a range of reward and data-focused activity, including:
* Preparing pay and bonus review files (Excel)
* Distributing pay and bonus files
* Data validation and sense-checking
* Supporting with data queries (pay, bonus and Your Contribution)
* Reporting on pay and bonus outcomes
* Producing pay and bonus letters (mail merge)
* Supporting with benchmarking (nice to have, not essential)
What we're looking for
* Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, sums, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
* Comfortable working with data and high levels of detail
* Confident communicator who can collaborate with People Partners and group teams
* Organised, accurate and methodical in your approach
* Experience with mail merge is helpful but not essential
