Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant (SEMH) Location: Wolverhampton Pay: £90–£95 per day Contract: Full-time Some pupils just need the right adult in their corner. That could be you. We’re working closely with a welcoming school in Wolverhampton that’s looking for a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a hands-on role where relationships come first, and progress follows. You’ll be supporting students who may find school challenging, helping them feel safe, understood and ready to engage with learning again. It’s about consistency, calm support and celebrating the small wins that add up to big change.
