Start date: 13th October 2025. Our Customer Service department is currently based at our Walnut Court office in Kembrey Park, Swindon. We will move our Swindon office from Walnut Court to Newbridge Square in Spring 2026.

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line – the first person our customers speak to when they need help. You’ll:
* Explain a water bill, resolve issues, or help customers find the right tariff with empathy and a smile
* Deliver top-tier service and make every call an opportunity to make a real difference
* Be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance

Live within the Thames Water region to be eligible.

Other
Flexible shifts: 36 hours per week, with a pattern that varies monthly between 8 am – 8 pm and 1 in every 4 Saturdays. A team member will discuss available shifts with you.
