Customer Support Advisor
Location : Droitwich Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
Hours : Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 (37.5 hours/week)
Contract : Temporary ongoing – Maternity cover

What you’ll do:
1. Respond to customer queries across multiple platforms
2. Investigate and resolve complaints with a problem-solving mindset
3. Assist with admin tasks, cancellations, and retention support
4. Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth
5. Help improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
What we’re looking for:
6. Confident and friendly phone manner
7. Quick thinker with a solution-focused attitude
8. Minimum 6 months' customer service or call centre experience
9. Willingness to learn and grow
Bonus points for:
10. Experience in telecoms, utilities, or technical support
11. Sales background with a results-driven mindset
