We are looking for a passionate individual to join our Buying and Merchandising team as a Buying Assistant, supporting our Watch team.
As a Watch Buying Assistant you will be responsible for creating new products on the system, managing orders that are coming into the business, liaising with suppliers to ensure we have the right stock, in the right place at the right time. The successful candidate will have a passion for Watches and a keen interest in the Buying function.
Main Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to our Co-ordinator, Buyers, and Head of Dept for all brands and suppliers in our portfolio
* Collaboration within the wider Buying & Merchandising department as well as other internal departments including Stock In, Special Orders, Marketing, Ecommerce and Repairs
* Developing and maintaining good working relationships with our suppliers
* Reporting on and communicating information to the wider business and external suppliers using excel, whilst being aware of the security and confidentiality of this information
* Supporting the wider Buying & Merchandising team with delivering projects, including admin support, internal & external communication
* Responsible for new line management, including product creation ensuring accurate attribute and costing information is collated and input onto the system
* Responsible for stock order placement and management, ensuring orders are delivered on time and liaising with suppliers for accurate delivery deadlines
