About The Role
What if your sharp eye for language could directly improve how AI writes and communicates with millions of people? We're looking for English Writing Generalists to review and refine AI-generated content — catching subtle errors, improving clarity, and ensuring every sentence is the best it can be.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong English literacy and a genuine instinct for quality writing. No specialized background or prior AI experience required — just a love of language and an uncompromising eye for detail.

What You'll Do
* Review AI-generated English content for grammar, tone, clarity, and overall quality
* Improve readability and flow without altering the original meaning or intent
* Flag inconsistencies, awkward phrasing, and unclear language
* Apply consistent editorial judgment across large volumes of content
* Provide structured, actionable feedback using provided evaluation frameworks
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Native or near-native English fluency with strong written communication skills
* Sharp proofreading and editing instincts — you catch what others overlook
* Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, systematic approach to quality
* Comfortable evaluating a wide variety of content types and writing styles at scale
* Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
* No AI, journalism, or editorial experience required
Nice to Have
* Background in writing, editing, copywriting, or communications
* Experience in quality assurance, content moderation, or critical analysis
* Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
