The Position: Senior Layout Designer
Creating feasibility sketches and planning layouts to support client bids, ensuring designs align with project goals.
Collaborating with clients, local authorities, and consultants to refine applications and secure approvals.
Overseeing planning submissions by coordinating resources, consultants, and necessary documents.
Crafting house-type plans, street scenes, and presentation materials like coloured layouts and 3D visuals.
Making amendments to planning documents and statements to meet approval requirements.
Engaging with local authority officers and other stakeholders to advance planning applications. What’s in it for you?
