Early Help Triage Officer, Enfield
Responsible for leading the Early Help Triage situated within the Multi‑Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), ensuring timely and high‑quality responses to children and families in line with statutory guidance. Acts as the key decision‑maker in relation to progression of contacts into Early Help Triage, working closely with the wider MASH team to ensure timely responses to referrals received. You will support and develop practice across the team. You will provide expert advice and co‑working support to professionals, be involved in facilitating reflective supervision, and represent the service in strategic multi‑agency partnerships.
You will be key to mentoring and supporting partners on thresholds and pathways, drive continuous improvement through quality assurance, and contribute to the development of Enfield’s Family Hub model to enhance service integration and outcomes for families.
Salary: £30.48 per hour
