Job Title: Pastoral Support Officer\n\nHours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week & term time only\n\nSalary: £28477pa\n\nLocation: Aspire Primary SEN School - Croydon\n\nBright Futures, Inspired By You.\n\nWe are looking for a reliable, compassionate and proactive Pastoral Support Officer to join our team at out Aspire Primary school in Croydon. You will be working closely with the Pastoral Lead in supporting pupils across KS1-KS2 in our independent SEMH and SLCN school. This post plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding across the school.\n\nYou will work directly with pupils, families and staff to provide timely, practical support that improves pupil outcomes and promotes emotional well-being and safety.
