Recruitment Solutions are working with our Client to appoint a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.
With over 30 years experience in the Manufacturing and Distribution Sectors our Client has well highly visual presence across the UK and Europe. Due to internal promotions they have a need to recruit a Purchase Ledger Supervisor. The role will report to the Finance Manager and will have the autonomy to manage the Purchase Ledger function from end-to-end.
With a talented team of Purchase Ledger Assistants you will work to deliver
* Supplier Invoice Processing - across a 3 way matching process
* Supplier Account Reconciliation - Weekly
* Supplier and Staff Expense Payments - applying specific Credit Terms
* Vendor Relationship Management
* Stakeholder Relationship Management
* Staff Team Management - building relationships with your direct reports
* Ad hoc Projects - with the Finance Manager and Finance Director

* Annual Salary of c £35,000
