What Division will I be working in?
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations all across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
7. Build and inspect Acklea products through wiring, mechanical/hydraulic assembly, and adherence to drawings and customer specs.
8. Support workshop operations by assisting other trades, performing maintenance/repairs at customer depots, and handling general workshop duties.
9. Promote quality and safety by suggesting improvements, reporting issues, using correct PPE, and maintaining compliant tools/equipment.
10. Work professionally and productively, demonstrating strong fault‑finding skills, completing accurate paperwork, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
11. Protect people and property by upholding courteous conduct, securing company/personal items, and escalating any safety or maintenance shortfalls immediately.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
12. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
13. Experience working with HGVs or LCVs
14. A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence
15. Demonstrated experience of auto electrics / mechanics desired
16. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance
