We are seeking two enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a committed staff support team at a thriving SEN school in Lewes.
Responsibilities
* You will provide direct support to students in the classroom, assisting teachers with delivering lessons and creating a positive learning environment.
* You will work with individual students or small groups, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
* You will build rapport with students quickly, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere.
* You will be part of a supportive team, contributing to the wider school community and potentially taking on additional responsibilities such as supporting extracurricular activities.
What We\'re Looking For
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students.
* A passion for supporting young people to learn and achieve their potential.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
* A Driving licence and own vehicle (Car or Motorbike) is a must due to the location of the school.
