We are currently recruiting for a telecommunications company for the role of 2nd Line Support. What you’ll be doing:
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote access tools, documentation, knowledge bases, and hands-on experience
* Ensure all responses and resolutions meet agreed service level targets
* Progress support tickets efficiently and escalate when issues exceed current expertise or authority
Main Skills/ Requirements:
* Hands-on experience working on a Service Desk at both first and second line support levels
* Background in network engineering with practical, real-world application
* Strong troubleshooting experience in cellular network environments
