The role
As a People Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and the wider People team to deliver a forward-focused people plan that supports operational and strategic business objectives. You will provide expert guidance across organisational change, employee relations, talent development, engagement, workforce planning and recruitment, helping to drive a high-performing and inclusive culture.
The role involves coaching and influencing managers on people matters, supporting succession planning and development initiatives, and partnering with Centres of Excellence to deliver effective people solutions. You will also play a key role in improving employee engagement, managing complex ER cases and supporting business transformation projects across the airport and wider group.
What will make you successful in the role?
12. Proven operational HR experience in a fast-paced, complex environment, ideally CIPD qualified
13. Strong HR generalist background across employee relations, reward, leadership & development and engagement
14. Experience leading and contributing to people change initiatives and HR projects
15. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders
16. Track record of delivering results at pace in a demanding environment
17. Passion for coaching and enabling people managers to perform and develop
18. Resilient, adaptable and able to work with ambiguity and change
19. Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a varied and competing workload
