Solicitor - Corporate - Cardiff - 3 Years PQE
Location: Cardiff (Office-based)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (dependent on experience)
The Role
You'll work closely with an experienced corporate team on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, including:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Private equity and investment transactions
* Corporate restructures and reorganisations
* Shareholder agreements and governance matters
* Joint ventures and commercial arrangements
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high value deals
* Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* Around 3 years PQE in corporate law
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Confidence managing transactions and communicating with clients
* A proactive, commercially minded approach
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a busy office environment
* A desire to contribute to the continued growth of the Cardiff office
