Executive Chef Opening - Park Plaza Waterloo

The hotel features 494 contemporary guest rooms, a vibrant all day restaurant and bar, a stylish café, and six flexible meeting and event spaces with high guest volumes across breakfast, bar, restaurant and M&E operations.
As a Executive Chef, you will receive:

The ideal candidate for the Executive Chef role will:
* Demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to culinary excellence and consistently high standards.
* Bring strong expertise in kitchen operations, food safety, cost control, and leading high‑performing teams.

* Have proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high‑volume, quality‑driven environment.
