 
        
        Job Description
This Industrial Engineer will:
 1. Analyze and improve part standards and master data accuracy
 2. Support manufacturing and assembly operations with process improvements
 3. Drive cost savings through process optimization and ROI analysis
 4. Monitor adherence to standards and correct anomalies
 5. Collaborate across departments to communicate ERP system functionality
 6. Cost new products and monitor for inconsistencies

The Successful Applicant
A successful Industrial Engineer should have:
 7. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field
 8. 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing processes
 9. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
 10. Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems
 11. Familiarity with a range of manufacturing methods
 12. Master's degree or MBA preferred
