We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the development and delivery of The Brewery’s marketing strategy. This role will drive brand awareness, demand generation and market positioning, ensuring marketing activity supports the company’s commercial growth across The Brewery and any future venues. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll lead a talented marketing team, oversee campaigns and digital channels, and ensure our brand remains a market leader within the events and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver The Brewery’s overall marketing and brand strategy to support commercial growth. Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing, PR, events and brand activations. Oversee the performance and development of The Brewery’s websites, paid advertising and search campaigns in partnership with external agencies. Manage and evolve the company’s social media presence and online reputation across all platforms. Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to produce compelling marketing collateral and content that drives leads and supports conversion. Support the launch and promotion of new products, brands and venues, building awareness and long-term commercial success. Oversee the creation and management of content libraries, case studies, testimonials and event assets. Analyse market trends, campaign performance and competitor activity to inform future marketing strategy. Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team while fostering strong cross-department collaboration.
