Customer Sales & Support Advisor – Summer Temporary Role
Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2 Days in Office, Finsbury Circus)
Pay: £14.00 per hour + Holiday Pay
Start Date: Mid June – Mid/Late September
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30 pm
Occasional weekend work may be required during peak periods; time off in lieu will be provided.
The Role
Following in‑office training at our Central London office, you will work mostly from home with two days per week in the office. All equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Handling inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
* Responding to booking enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
* Providing professional, friendly support to clients
* Drafting and reviewing simple agreements and processing customer applications
* Updating internal systems accurately and maintaining organized records
Qualifications & Requirements
* Confident communication skills, both verbal and written
* A friendly, professional telephone manner
* Ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a busy environment
* Competency with Microsoft Office and online platforms
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
* A proactive and motivated attitude
