Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer
(Service & Maintenance)

Are you an experienced Refrigeration & AC Engineer looking for a role where you’re valued, rewarded, and supported? Join our team and become part of a company with over 50 years’ experience working with pubs, restaurants, medical centres, petrol stations – and now, predominantly hospital contracts.
You’ll spend around 80% of your time on refrigeration and 20% on air conditioning, carrying out service and repair on equipment such as:
* Upright & under-counter fridges / freezers
* Display fridges & cold rooms
* Ice machines, cellar cooling & bottle coolers
* VRVs, VRFs & splits
What we offer you:
* Salary up to £39,520 (based on experience)
* 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
* Door-to-door travel paid
* 1 in 6 callout rota
* Overtime at x1.5 / x2
* 22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + your birthday off
* (rising to 25 + 8 + birthday after 2 years)

What we’re looking for:
* FGAS qualification (essential)
* NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (desirable)
* Hydrocarbon qualification
* Full UK driving licence
* Proven field experience in refrigeration & AC service / repairs
