This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support business growth by ensuring our finance function is fully optimised to meet the requirements in all markets. In addition, we anticipate that this role could grow to a future management position as our core team and temporary worker pool grow. Your Responsibilities The primary focus of this role is to provide general administration of our finance function including sales ledger, purchase ledger, payroll and credit control. You'll be working closely with the MCS Senior Management and Operations Teams to deliver on the following responsibilities. Typical responsibilities include- Weekly analysis of time recording records, supporting the processing of weekly payroll, including new starters, leavers, missing timesheets etc. Support the provision of Payroll related reporting (e.g. weekly KPIs and manager reports) both scheduled and on request. Chasing outstanding purchase invoices at period end against budget documentation and liaising with suppliers to follow up on queries etc. Processing Sales invoices for the UK, US and ROI companies on a weekly basis in line with defined timescales and with correct coding and dealing with any invoice queries and assisting in resolution in collaboration with relevant recruitment consultant and communicating any impact to Finance reports. Setting up and authorising new payees on the bank as a when required and communicating with Bank of Ireland and Revolut on any missing payments or queries. Assisting Credit Controller with daily tasks as and when required. Why join MCS Group?
