We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation on a four-month fixed term contract, making a real difference in how businesses operate. This is a hands-on HR role with a strategic focus, supporting Central Functions while leading Employee Relations initiatives across the UK. This is a pivotal role in shaping the People strategy and delivering impactful HR solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance across the employee lifecycle and offering deep expertise in UK employee relations. You'll contribute to a positive workplace culture and help develop the organisation's People capability for the future.
