A well-established law firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with private client experience that is looking to grow and develop their career in a supportive and flexible environment.
The Role:
* Flexible, office-based position with adjustable core hours
* Work directly with the Head of Department while building your own caseload and client base
* Supervise an administrative assistant, developing leadership skills
* Focus on client-facing work with clear career progression opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and prepare Wills, Grant of Probate applications and Powers of Attorney
* Manage client communications, ensuring high standards of service
* Undertake fee-earning work under supervision and maintain confidentiality
* Manage your own caseload, diary and administrative duties
About You:
* Experience in Wills, Probate or Private Client law is essential
* Ability to deliver top-tier client service and produce accurate legal documents
* LEXCEL compliance and commitment to further qualifications such as STEP is desirable
