Overview
1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst – on-site in Worcestershire. The role is part of a small IT team and requires IT support and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st/2nd line IT support and troubleshooting assistance.
* Handle Office 365 and Azure related tasks.
* Manage hardware installs, hardware repair and troubleshooting.
* Support Windows environments and multiple devices (iOS/macOS/Android).
* Respond to tickets and use ticketing systems; assist with remote support as needed.
* Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes.
* Documentation of processes and solutions.
* Support workspace devices and accounts management.
