Job Description We are looking for an individual to support young people who may not, without additional support, make a successful transition to work, further education or training. You will use a holistic one to one coaching approach and must have the commitment to enhance young people's potential to enter a positive sustainable destination post school. This post is fixed term for a period up to June 2026. Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment.
